How do I get an account?

Optima is an invite-only application. Self-registration is not available. To join, contact your settlement administrator — they can provision an account for you through the admin panel.

How do I delete my account?

In-app: Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Requires your current password.

By email: Send a request to [email protected]from the account’s email address. No SMS verification required.

How do I report abuse?

In-app:long-press a message → “Report” → pick a reason (spam / harassment / sexual / hate / classified / other).

By email: [email protected] with a screenshot and description.

How is my location used?

Precise location is collected only while the app is in the foreground — for team coordination during incidents, drills, or patrol shifts. No background access. Data is visible only to team members in the same settlement and is removed from the server when you leave the app.
